Concept:

This hand drawn classic animation sketch was the outcome of a one-week workshop. It was done in collaboration with one co-student. The challenge was to make two given characters interact with each other, and tell a story. The two given characters were a rat and a horse.
The story, in short, is about power vs. liberty, and the dilemma this aspect holds. The Rebel Rat vs. the Hardcore Horse. My main role in this project was to give life to the rat though the animation, and in collaboration with Morten Just, integrate the two character into the animation.

An important part of the process was to make a good storyboard from which the animation would be drawn from. This was partly done by acting out the actions and movements by ourselves while documenting it.
